Safety and Comfort

The full time “on site housekeepers” are amazing! We enjoy on-site Personal Training, Reiki, Pilates, Yoga & body balancing sessions, as well as helping with club and restaurant table bookings. The villa is extremely private and is completely walled with the latest security and protection features.
We never feel isolated but always private; we can hear the rhythmic pulsing of the waves crashing nearby. And occasionally, if around the pool, the distant hum of revelry at the Blue Marlin, (but not in the house and it’s far from intrusive).

Unlike many villas in remote areas, it’s easy to get taxis to come and pick up or for our friends to find – which is invaluable. The villa is also six mins from the Airport, 20 from the Old Town, 25 from the Port and a million miles away from St Antonio!
With such a large and open plot and with so many fun things to do we’ve adopted a day-in and a day-out with our friends while we stay for long periods and chums fly in and out!.

CALA JONDAL

Perfect Location

As with all things property, it’s all about location, location, location – and in Ibizan terms Cala Jondal is magnificent. It’s the ultimate and most sought after location on the island. Close (6 min walk) down to the iconic Blue Marlin and great family (our favourite spot) Tropicana beach club, plus not forgetting Yemanja which is open 24/7/365.
Also, with walks up the mountain opposite and down a 30 min walk will see you at Sa Calletta, the renowned fish restaurant also open all year. The villa is moments away from the airport and 20mins from the Old Town, and 25 Mins to the Port!
Our neighbours are part of the super-elite who are great people and friends. The celeb count at any of these places I’ve mentioned is worldly – we wouldn’t have a villa anywhere else.
